Two Ways to Track with RFID

1

Passive Tracking (Zone-Level)

Fixed antennas are mounted at key points — warehouse doors, room entrances, production line gates. When a tagged item or person passes an antenna, the movement is logged automatically. Ideal for tracking goods flow, document movement, and access control.

2

Active RTLS (1 meter Accuracy)

For real-time pinpoint location, we deploy RF Controls overhead Smart Antennas — mounted up to 50 ft above the floor, covering 5,000 sq ft each. No floor infrastructure. No cables across walkways. Used in manufacturing, logistics, and critical care environments.

3

Emergency Sensors

RFID tags can be paired with environmental sensors — temperature, motion, panic buttons. Used for staff safety in high-risk jobs, patient monitoring in hospitals, and cold-chain compliance for pharmaceuticals.

Business Value of RFID Tracking

🛡️

Theft Virtually Eliminated

You know the exact location of every tagged item at all times. Unauthorized movement triggers instant alerts. Our clients report theft dropping to near zero after deployment.

🏥

Better Care for People

Track patients in memory care units, monitor staff in hazardous environments. Emergency alerts fire the moment a sensor detects an incident — enabling immediate response.

📦

Operational Visibility

Know what entered and left your warehouse, which production stage each item is at, which vehicles have been loaded. Replace guesswork with a live dashboard your whole team can use.

🔄

Automated Processes

Trigger workflows automatically when items enter or leave zones — restock alerts, quality checkpoints, compliance notifications. Reduce manual data entry across your operation.

Industries That Use Track

RFID tracking is used in retail and wholesale trade, healthcare and patient care, production and manufacturing, logistics and warehousing, tourism and hospitality, and large-scale event management.
